Vietnamese and Italian

Today we’ve added 2 new languages, Vietnamese and Italian.

Thanks to Dang Nhu Ngoc, our lone Vietnamese translator for all the hard work.

As for Italian, it was a group effort. Shout outs to the following folks:

Beltchecker is now available in Spanish.
